A 30% deposit is required to confirm your jungle trek, package or activity.

✔ Free cancellation up to 30 days before the tour date: full deposit refund.
✔ Cancellation within 30 days before the tour date: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
✔ Cancellation on the day of the tour or no-show: deposit is non-refundable.
✔ Deposits paid via Wise or Revolut will be refunded through the same payment method.

✔ Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is received.
✔ The remaining balance must be paid before the start of the tour.
✔ All prices on the website are rounded and based on a fixed exchange rate. Any differences due to daily currency fluctuations are not adjusted.
✔ Please note that bank fees or exchange rate differences cannot be refunded.

We accept the following payment methods at our accomodation:

✔ Cash (the nearest ATM is approximately 30 minutes from Bukit Lawang, so we recommend bringing sufficient cash).

✔ Card payment via terminal (A 4% service charge applies to card payments).

✔ Bank transfers via Wise or Revolut (do not charge any additional fees, but Wise/Revolut may apply their own fees).
