This is a personal cooking experience using traditional recipes passed down through generations, led by your guesthouse cook. A translator will guide you through will guide you through each step and answer your questions.
You begin with a visit to a local fruit and vegetables stall to select fresh ingredients. On friday mornings, this includes a walk through the lively local market, offering a glimpse into daily village life.
Whenever possible, you will harvest fresh ingredients together from our own garden, such as herbs, chilies and seasonal vegetables grown at the guesthouse.
In a small-group setting, you prepare authentic Indonesian meals such as:
- A main dish with chicken, meat or egg
- Pumpkin curry
