Check-in is available between 14.00 and 22.00.
Arriving earlier? Let us know in advance and we will check if early check in is possible.
Arriving later than 22.00? Please inform us so we can prepare everything for your arrival.

We kindly ask you to check out before 12.00 so we can prepare the room for our next guests.
Late check-out is possible based on availability (additional cost).

A 30% deposit is required to confirm your room reservation.

✔ Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival: full deposit refund.
✔ Cancellation within 7 days before arrival: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
✔ Cancellation on the day of the check in or no-show: deposit is non-refundable.
✔ Deposits paid via Wise or Revolut will be refunded through the same payment method.

✔ Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received.
✔ The remaining balance is paid upon arrival at the guesthouse.
✔ All prices displayed on the website are calculated based on a fixed exchange rate are rounded to whole number. Any differences due to daily currency fluctuations are not adjusted.
✔ Please note that bank fees or exchange rate differences cannot be refunded.

We accept the following payment methods at our accomodation:

✔ Cash (Please note: the nearest ATM is approximately 30 minutes from Bukit Lawang, so we recommend bringing sufficient cash.)

✔ Card payment via terminal (A 4% service charge applies for card payments.)

✔ Bank transfers via Wise or Revolut.
