As the afternoon light softens over the Bahorok River, preparations begin beside the water. There is no rush and no crowded
setting, only the sound of the river and the smell of food slowly cooking over an open fire. Fresh fish, chicken or vegetarian dishes are grilled fresh on-site and served with vegetables and tropical fruit.
